Question #1: Will my dog stop barking completely?

• This is not likely to happen. When following the steps provided in the Training Manual, you will learn how to train the dog to know which situations that barking is permitted.

Question #2: Will another dog’s bark set off the bark control collar?

• No. Another’s dog bark will not set off a corrective response from the bark control collar. Only the bark from the dog wearing the collar will.

Question #3: Are bark control collars safe and humane?

• Yes! We would not sell a product that has not been proven and well tested to be safe. The bark control collar is a training tool and not a device to punish the dog. The dog may be startled the first time they experience the correction, but the purpose is to get the dog’s immediate attention and not to harm the dog.

Question #4: Will the bark control collar work with all dogs?

• Bark control collars have been carefully designed and well tested to be safe and effective for all breeds and sizes of dogs. However, it may be too bulky for dogs that weigh less than 8 pounds to wear comfortably.

Question #5: Can I attach a leash to the bark control collar?

• No. Bark control collars have a set of contact points that must not be pulled against the dog’s neck. Doing so can create discomfort for the dog and potential cause skin problems to the effected area. Simply attach a leash to a separate, non-metallic collar and make sure it does not add any pressure to the bark control collar.

Question #6: I want my dog to learn not to bark only when the bark control collar is on. Is this possible?

• Of course! The best way to accomplish this is by having the dog wear the bark control collar only in the situations you do not want them to bark. In situations that you do want the dog to be allowed to bark, just take the collar off.
